Shipping Domestic

Delivery is included for all orders (UK mainland only).  For orders outside of the UK mainland please contact pearl@pearlbugg.com or call 07759 790281.  We will ship your order within two days, for delivery within five days (excluding weekends and bank holiday). We aim to get your order to you with the timeframe outlined above. Someone will need to be available during working hours to sign for your delivery.  Occasionally there are circumstances beyond our control that will affect the timings of deliveries. In this case, we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays. Any claims for shortages or breakages must be made within 72 hours of delivery by email to pearl@pealrbugg.com or by phone 07759 790281.

Paintings are examined prior to despatch to ensure that they leave us in perfect condition. However breakages can unfortunately can occur. At the time of delivery, we ask that you check the paintings for any obvious damage.  If damage is apparent, sign for the goods as damaged. The details of any damage must then be notified to us in writing within 72 hours of delivery.  Otherwise, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and shall be bound to pay for the goods as detailed on the delivery note. 

Shipping International

We welcome international enquiries and ask that in these cases you contact us by email or phone for onward shipping costs to other locations. 

Returns

You are entitled to cancel your purchase if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of placing your order with us.
